I waited a few weeks for an appointment, but realised that blood test results were needed before the doctor could give any further diagnosis. The doctor was polite, friendly and helpful.

Sorted issue out with prescription and drugs using website messaging. Obtained appointment for blood tests at time convenient to me.

Wait for ages to get through on the phone then you can get unhelpful/inconsiderate receptionist who makes you feel like your wasting their time & almost have to breakdown to get an appointment! Not all receptionist are like this but there are a few!

I’m incredibly grateful to be under the care of The Croft Practice. Best changes are the new generation of receptionists…no more dragons! And obviously Kevin is the best! Joking aside - you couldn’t ask for a better practice. Everyone there is about community and helping eachother which is exceptional given the constraints they have to operate under. I have huge mental health issues and had a blood test strung on me and that is my worst fear - the whole team looked after me - a lady from pharmacy held my hand etc. I know there is no financial gain in this feedback but for fulfilling your calling and just being good and kind I don’t think you could ever get a better team… I suspect that may come from the top - Dr Rose is a gift to us all.

On this occasion very slow to respond to my request for an appointment. The person I spoke to in the end was extremely helpful but it took a long time to get there.
